1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Defective items
- Wrong items received
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
